Push-In Seals

These seals push directly into a retaining track or channel on the door. When measuring, we recommend using the outside edge, but we can also work with arrowhead measurements - just let us know where you’ve measured from when ordering.

Flap Seals

Often used on commercial units, including walk-ins, flap seals are usually screwed or riveted in with aluminium flat bars or between the panels of the door. Flap seals come standard with the lip opening to the inside but can be made reversed on request.

U-Channel Seals

U-shaped seals wrap around the door frame or panel and are common on cold room & walk-in freezer doors. We offer a number of U-channel-style seals based on the width, thickness, and compression type required for your unit.

Bead Seals

These fit into a grooved channel with a rounded bead edge. They are more often used in older units or chest freezers; these can be attached by glue or screws or, in very rare cases, can be a permanent inbuilt part of the door. J Seals

Usually found on mobile cold transport, trucks and cold room doors. J seals are designed to seal the edges of truck or cold room doors. It gets its name from its curved “J” shape, which creates a snug barrier against dust, water, and air. Made using a co-extrusion process (combining two types of PVC), it’s built for durability and a secure fit.
